Alojamiento de 70 m² bonito y reformado, tiene una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la bahía y a la ciudad.
Dispone de ascensor, acceso a internet de alta velocidad por fibra (wifi), aire acondicionado en todo el alojamiento, calefacción por bomba de calor, piscina comunitaria+infantil abierta de temporada (01/05 al 31/10), parking aire libre en mismo edificio sujeto a disponibilidad a la llegada, 3 Televisores Smart TV, plancha, secador de pelo.
La cocina americana con isla de inducción, está equipada con nevera, microondas, horno, congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera Dolce Gusto, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor.

Im Badezimmer hatte es keinen Haken um vielleicht das Nécessaire oder andere Sachen aufzuhängen. Ablagefläche, zum Beispiel ein kleines Kästchen, könnte wertvoll sein.

I liked that the apartment was accurately described and was as the photographs. It was modern and well equipped and attractively furnished. The view was spectacular. I also liked that the door locked securely. The apartment was warm, even in winter. ver más

The two shower rooms gave us each our privacy. There were two of us, each with our own bedroom and shower room. Perfect for two friends sharing a holiday.

I would suggest the addition of a full length mirror be added in the lounge area. There is a suitable wall space. A sunloungerreclining chair would be a welcome addition to the balcony. These are suggestions not complaints.
