The location was perfect, right next to the supermarket, restaurants, shops and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. With it being such an high end apartment I think the only thing I could possibly suggest in what would have given it a more personal touch for me is perhaps a small welcome basket with just a few essential items such as tea/coffee, a welcome note & maybe a guest book to allow guests to leave personal reviews that the owners can look back on in the years to come. We will definately book again & recommend to friends/family.

Once round the corner you can not miss it ( it is indeed opposite the casino but down the road more (next door to the Santander bank) We had been travelling with 3 children one just under 2years since 3am, we arrived at the booking.com office around 12pm, we was aware we could not check in until after 4pm but was not aware that they did not have a place to leave luggage. Luckily we have family that live in Benidorm who looked after our bags until we could check in but my advice is if your travelling with small childrenhave alot of luggage to perhaps look at booking later flights out so that your not sat outside with your cases for hours on end especially with restless children as travelling is stressful enough. Giving credit to the staff though they could see that the youngest was very tired & cranky and they did manage to check us in around 2pm so I am very grateful to them for that.

The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is very quiet but within about 10 minute's walk from loads of bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty obekijk meer

All in all, the apartment is really good and I would recommend it to others.

We don't normally leave plugs for sinks as a safety measure in case a flood could occur. We also leave the enough kitchen utensils for the capacity of guests.

The only thing I would say is there was no tea towelsoven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A mebekijk meer

There was a crack in one of the windows which became more extensive during our stay. We presumed it was known about.As it got worse I’ve tried on several occasions to contact the office but only got Spanish answer phone message. Some problems also wibekijk meer

Some problems also with electrics with breaker switch dropping on two occasions again tried to contact office. We had requested early access to apartment and were not notified beforehand that it was not available.I was contacted on my return to ask what had happened to the window I felt that they were suggesting it was something we had done. This was upsetting for me.Despite all of this we enjoyed our stay.
