Description
Renovated apartment in the old town of Benidorm, and just 150 meters from Levante beach, and 350 meters from the Mal Pas and Poniente beaches. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It does not have an elevator.
Cozy and modern 72 m² accommodation surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants.
Third floor without elevator (Not recommended for people with reduced mobility or if traveling with a baby stroller), has internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room, heat pump heating, 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Smart TV TV, iron.
The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The closest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters away in the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards the weekly bonus is compensated. The cost is paid in the parking lot itself and the rate may vary. It is a service outside of our control and you must contract with the parking lot directly.

Dear Clifford, regarding the towels it was only taken 95 euros as explained by telephone by our colleague for 2 big towels and 3 hand towels that were found in very bad condition, impossible to re-use so we only took the cost of each towel in total, see more
