Description
Apartment in an exclusive, recently built building on Poniente Beach, Benidorm. Just 400 metres from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main en suite) and capacity for 6 people for temporary rental.
The accommodation is very bright and measures 120 m² and has a large terrace with views of the sea and the city.
It has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 1 TV (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer, 1 parking space in the same building.
The American induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Urbanization with elevator, large communal pool + children's pool with Balinese hammock area, communal heated pool located at the top of the building, outdoor jacuzzis, solarium area, garden and children's recreational areas, gym, sauna, paddle tennis courts, sports area with football and basketball courts (equipment for sports areas is not included).
-The delivery of keys and check-in takes place at our office located at Avenida Rosa de los Vientos number 15, local 6, commercial name SevendGroup / BenidormBooking.
-The amount of €200 is retained on card as a deposit or cash in its absence.
-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season can be delayed to 6:00 p.m.) For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must contact the agency to receive instructions.
-Check out until 11:00 a.m.
-Minimum rental of 11 days.
-Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
