The induction American kitchen with peninsula is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Urbanisation with lift, large communal pool+children's pool with Balinese sunbeds, heated communal pool located on the top floor of the building, outdoor jacuzzis, solarium area, landscaped and children's play areas, gym, sauna, padel courts, sports area with football and basketball courts (equipment for the sports areas is not included).
