Spacious apartment on the first line of Poniente beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with bathtub and 1 with shower and hairdryer) and capacity for 7 people.
105m² accommodation, less than 500 meters from the old town, overlooking the pool and garden.
It has an elevator, 15 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (from Easter to October), paddle tennis court ( does not include equipment), 1 parking space in the same building, 3 televisions (Smart TV), iron.
The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King.
- €200 is retained as a deposit on a credit/debit card or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.
- Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per night with a maximum cost of €50 per reservation.
