La habitación es demasiado pequeña por eso solo hay dos camas pequeñas para dormir y las tienes que juntar....es un poco rollo. Además las almohadas tampoco eran cómodas. Para ir al centro hay que darse un buen paseo.

Son los mismos apartamentos que ustedes reservan. El centro de Benidorm se encuentra a 20 minutos andando, que estando de vacaciones, se agradece, pues es una paseo muy sencillo y ameno, con mucho ambiente que suele llamar la atención de lo cotidiano. El apartamento estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables, maravillosa vista desde el salón,de hecho dormimos juntos fue en el sofá cama ya q éramos una pareja con una peque y dormimos genial,también he de decir q solo estusee more

No me gustó q no me hayan dado información sobre la entrada al apartamento ya que estaba cerrada la vía para entrar(obviamente ellos lo saben porq es casi en la misma calle de la oficina) y en vez de darme una alternativa no se me dijo nada y estuve see more
No me gustó q no me hayan dado información sobre la entrada al apartamento ya que estaba cerrada la vía para entrar(obviamente ellos lo saben porq es casi en la misma calle de la oficina) y en vez de darme una alternativa no se me dijo nada y estuve dando mil vueltas hasta q por fin logre encontrar como entrar por esa calle pero bueno es una información que para mi es necesaria ya q es evidente que vas de paseo y los de la oficina debería de informar al cliente, también lo de la fianza no me parece q den la información adecuada ya q se supone q si solo congelan los 200€ debería de desbloquearse el saldo el mismo día q te vas y miran q todo esté en orden,pero no es así,te sacan el dinero como si fuera una compra y ala semana te los devuelven.

En cuanto a la fianza se trata de un bloqueo únicamente, el cual puede demorarse hasta 7 días en desaparecer ese bloqueo debido a la transaccionse con los bancos. Esperamos verles muy pronto. La unica pega en cuanto a las instalaciones de este son las puertas del ventanal ya que si cerrabas un extremo se abría el otro y parecía que no llegaban a encajar bien del todo. Además, hay un radiador pero no funciona, aunque no hubo problema ya qusee more
