The internet was unavailable for 3days, despite reporting the problem, the modem was broken. The cable TV was also available, when it did connect, it was foreign, whilst this wasn’t a problem for our party, if you have children it may be an issue forsee more

There is no key drop off available at the property, you have to walk back to the office, this was an issue as we were leaving at 4am, going to the office at this hour is precarious as the office is situated in a secluded cul de sac of the main avenue. A secure key drop off box situated within the property would be much safer and much more convenient.

It said there was a safe and a hairdryer. There wasnt. So maybe this could be taken off the amenities. Had I known I'd have brought my own dryer. Also instructions on how to use the washing machine and dish washer in other languages. We thought isee more

Only both of them seemed to go forever. Literally all night. Could not turn the dishwasher off at all. The rapid wash on machine went all night and still hadnt spun the water from clothes.

Hola Pilar, gracias por haberse hospedado con nosotros. Le llevamos un router 4G de alta velocidad hasta que se arregló la linea, por lo que no quedó sin servicio y estaría bien añadirlo en el comentario. En Benidorm tenemos un agua muy dura, y no acsee more
