Spacious 102 m² accommodation with a private parking space, located in the heart of Benidorm.
It has an elevator, 7 m² of glazed terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, garage, 3 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 1 Smart TV, iron, hair dryer. .
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

We arrived out of hours for check in(3am) and key collection from the office was hassle free, then a short journey to the accommodation, when we arrived the location was perfect, the accommodation was clean and tidy has was a perfect size for the sisee more
