Exclusive apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the sea from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms (master en-suite with shower) and a second bathroom with a bathtub, with a total capacity for 4 people.
Modern 87 m² accommodation, with a large 20m2 terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the bay. A listed building with some of the best views in Benidorm.
It has a lift, iron, high-speed fibre internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, a seasonal communal pool, gym, sauna, a garage space in the same building, 4 TVs (Smart TV), and a hair dryer.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and a dining area with TV.
- Key handover and check-in are done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor of the Torre Principado building, trading as BenidormBooking.
- A deposit of €200 is held on a credit/debit card as a security deposit or in cash if preferred.
