Modern 87 m² accommodation, with a large 20m2 terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the bay. Listed building with some of the best views of Benidorm.
It has an elevator, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community pool, gym, sauna, parking space in the same building, 4 televisions (Smart TV), hair dryer.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and dining area with TV.
- The delivery of keys and check-in is carried out in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor level of the Torre Principado building, commercial name BenidormBooking.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
