Exclusive apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, next to the old town and with access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and Smart TV) and capacity for 4 people.
Accommodation of 131 m² built, completely renovated and tastefully furnished, with a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the accommodation, 3 Smart TVs, iron and hair dryer.
The open-plan kitchen with induction island is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, dryer.
The closest garage is an optional parking space with an extra charge 350 meters away in the Central Market (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day 22 euros, Week 97€, 10 days 128€, 15 days 148€, Month 181€. From 5 days onwards the weekly bonus is compensated. The cost is paid in the parking lot itself and the rate may vary. It is a service outside of our control and you must contract with the parking lot directly.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King. For arrivals during office hours, coordinate with the check-in agency at the accommodation.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

The view is amazing, both day and night, and the location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the old town.

There's not much that needs to be done to improve the property but a few small things could make it even better.
No bath mats are provided in the bathrooms, or small towels to stand on as you leave the shower, and there are quite limited kitchen utensee more

There is also some noise from the bars below when guests leave, but this is to be expected given the location. In winter, they only open at weekends and once you have the shutters down on the windows you can't hear it much but something to consider if you are a very light sleeper. |
