We stayed at this property for five weeks. When we arrived the property was exactly as the photos and extremely clean. We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and see more

We were left a welcome pack with water, wine coffee and basic cleaning for a few days. The views are amazing from the property and the sun terrace is lovely with plenty of sun beds. We found the caretaker to be extremely helpful and he kept the public areas immaculate. We contacted Benidorm Booking a couple of times while we were there and also found them to be really nice and helpful.

No me gustó nada que la playa frente al piso está llena de rocas y si vas con niños/as te limita a jugar en la arena. Es muy peligroso el baño. No obstante, andando hasta frente a un hotel llamado El Cimbel (aproximadamente 10 minutos) ya no hay rsee more

No existe ningún mobiliario para apoyar las maletas ni en dormitorio ni en el salón. Lo que resulta incómodo cuando te desvistes porque la ropa no puedes dejarla ni siquiera en un colgador.

Mucha gracias por su valoración. No entendemos bien la queja de la maleta ya que hay armario completo en el dormitorio. Añadiremos una ensaladera para ampliar el menaje.
En cuanto al ruido, los bares de abajo deben de desconectarlo a las 22:00h. Despsee more

En cuanto al ruido, los bares de abajo deben de desconectarlo a las 22:00h. Después de esa hora no se oye nada, no obstante el acristalamiento es doble. Su valoración no se a configurado correctamente ya nos a puntuado con un 10 en servicio, limpieza y ubicación, un 8 en alojamiento y un 6 en calidad-precio. La corregimos para que aparezca como debe 8.8. A sido un placer tenerles hospedados y esperamos volver a poder hospedarles. Gracias de nuevo. |

La única pega es que en el solar de las piscinas no se podían utilizar las hamacas y con las toallas era muy in´comodo tumbarse en el cemento. Supongo que sería por el covid.

Cuenta con parking bajo techo para el vehículo lo cual se valora enormemente, considerando que aparcar en Benidorm es complicado. La playa queda justo abajo del edificio por lo cual en 2 minutos llegamos tan a gusto. No sentimos nada de ruido ni molestia a pesar de ser una zona con múltiples locales. Esperamos volver el año que viene sin lugar a dudas! Los chicos de la agencia encantadores! 100% recomendado!
