Apartment located in the luxury Sunset Cliffs Resort complex, on Poniente Beach, Benidorm, with direct access to it from the building. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (main en suite) and capacity for 6 people.
Comfortable, newly built 139 m² accommodation, with a 25 m² terrace and panoramic views of the sea, the city and the common areas.
Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has an infinity pool with a Bar (open seasonally) and shallow areas, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with children's separation, 3 outdoor jacuzzis installed near the pool, full gym with views of the gardens and pool, sauna, paddle tennis court, tennis court, soccer field and basketball court. It has a communal leisure room and a communal cinema room which must be booked on site subject to availability.
