Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has an infinity pool with a season Bar and shallow areas, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Outdoor heated pool with separate children's area, 3 outdoor jacuzzis installed near the pool, fully equipped gym with views of the gardens and pool, sauna, paddle tennis court, tennis court, football field and basketball court.
It has an elevator (an exterior one with access to the beach), garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool + children, heated community pool, private garage in the same building, 1 Smart T.V.

Totuși, dorim să clarificăm că ne străduim întotdeauna să menținem toate facilitățile funcționale, dar există momente în care anumite servicii, precum jacuzziul sau piscina încălzită, necesită întreținere pentru a asigura siguranța și bunăstarea oaspeților noștri. Ne-ar fi plăcut să ne fi informat despre această problemă în timpul șederii tale, deoarece echipa noastră de întreținere lucrează 24 de ore și ar fi verificat imediat situația. Îți garantăm că nu folosim facilitățile noastre doar pentru reclamă și ne angajăm să îmbunătățim experiența pe baza feedback-ului tău. |

Er was geen Nederlandse TV wat voor ons heel nadelig was. In de winter wil je toch wel eens TV kijken vooral met slecht weer en in de avond. Zeker als je wil overwinteren. Er zat sowieso bijna geen geluid op de TV deze was op niveau 8 gezet en kon nisee more

Muy mala atención, entramos a las 19:00 pasadas, nuestra plaza de garaje estuvo ocupada los 10 días que estuvimos allí sin solución alguna, con nuestro coche en la calle y granizando, un echo insólito en Benidorm, pero granizo y mi coche en la calle teniendo pagada y con creces una plaza en el garaje cubierta. Nos dieron mal los códigos del wifi, el aire acondicionado estaba limitado cada 2 horas, lo cual quiere decir que se apagaba, no nos hicieron el cambio de sábanas y toallas semanal. |

Es posible que debido a alguna avería se retrasase su entrada pero nosotros siempre compensamos a nuestros clientes por ellos permitiendo una estadía mayor, respecto a lo que comenta del wifi, es posible que por error se le proporcionara una contraseña errónea, confiamos en que usted llamara por telefono, ya que nosotros le habriamos proporcionado la correcta. Sobre el parking decirle que nosotros en cuanto usted puso en conocimiento la incidencia la remitimos al portero del complejo (persona encargada de estos menesteres), por desgracia nosotros no tenemos potestad para retirar coches ajenos.
