Comfortable and newly built 97 m² accommodation, 15 m² terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the common areas.
It has an elevator (an exterior one with access to the beach), high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool, community heated pool, private garage in the same building. , 2 Smart TVs, iron, hair dryer.
Open plan kitchen with induction island, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
