Apartment in a Resort-type urbanization, on Poniente beach, Benidorm. Access to the beach from the main entrance is 100 meters away. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (main en suite) and capacity for 6 people.
Very bright and modern 95 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea, the common areas and the city.
It has an elevator, 15 m² of open terrace with outdoor dining room, Wifi included, aerothermal heating throughout the accommodation, hot and cold, heating, 2 Smart TVs, seasonal community+children's pool, seasonal community outdoor heated pool (all year round). There is access to at least one of the swimming pools), 1 private outdoor parking space in the same building, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, paddle tennis court, children's area, tennis court, outdoor play area, garden.
The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. It has an iron.
