Comfortable apartment of 94 m² and newly built, with views of the sea, pool and the garden.
Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, has an infinity pool with a shallow Bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
It has an elevator, garden furniture, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private parking space in the same building, 2 TVs.
The induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.
-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-In this urbanization, each guest is given a complex identification bracelet or bracelet for access to the swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of €50 that will be withheld from the guests from the deposit in case the return is not made.
In case of breakage, contact the agency so that they can replace them.

Lovely stay. Very well equipped spacious, comfortable apartment. We stayed here last year whilst taking part in Benidorm 10k. We were so impressed with the facilities, proximity to the beach, shops, bars, places to eat out, old and new town and the fsee more

This is not a dislike just an observation. We had a welcome pack of kitchen amenities last year which was helpful but wasn't provided this year. Whilst towels are provided a shower mat is not but would help as floors get very wet and we had to constasee more

Once we got to the apartment, wow it was amazing, gated complex with high standards of finish, great view from the balcony, which was a proper suntrap! Theres an iron, steamer, fresh linen and towels, sometimes the electric tripped due to iron usage see more

The washing machine was a god send Taxis to the old and new town range from £5-£10, however its a nice 15-25 minute walk to the areas. As we were collecting on a Saturday, the estate agent we were picking the keys up from was closed, so we had to call to get the code at check in time, this could've been communication beforehand however - we werent notified that this is what we had tsee more

A welcome guidesomething similar with instructions for the apartment, such as entry details, location, taxi numbers and bin locations/rules would've helped The apartment itself didnt have any bins, which we thought was strange and meant a carrier bag with our rubbish was left on the floor as the door handles weren’t suitable to hang items off. Despite the bathrooms having mirrors, it would be nice for mirrors to be within the bedrooms. Dropping off the keys resulted having to put them in a letterbox prior to checking out which is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment, we had an early check out due to our flights, which was slightly inconvenient.

Mooi, groot en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen, was top! Locatie ook prima, vlakbij het strand en aan de rustige kant van benidorm. Aanrader! Parkeerplek bij het gebouw was ook fijn!

Beveiliging deed lastig als we in de avond op het balkon zaten. Appartement is op de 1e verdieping, dus beetje gehorig voor de buren. Als we hoger hadden gezeten had er waarschijnlijk niemand last van gehad.
