Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, has an infinity pool with a shallow Bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.
-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)
-Check-out before 11:00h
-In this urbanization, each guest is given a complex identification bracelet or bracelet for access to the swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of €50 that will be withheld from the guests from the deposit in case the return is not made.

It was a bit of an issue collecting keys as the office was not in walking distance of the property and our transfer would not stop at two locations . so we had to get the airport transfer to the office in the town to collect keys and then pay for a tsee more

Even more of a problem leaving as we were being picked up at 7 am ....didnt really appreciate having to make my way to the office to drop keys off at 6 am they should have a key safesomeone meeting you with keys .

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wichtigste Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden. Putzmittel/Gewürze müssen mitgebracht werden. Der Tumbler ist tolles Extra. Die Wohnung liegt super, es hat tolle Sportmöglichkeiten und Poollandschaft die bis Mitte Oktober offensee more
