Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, has an infinity pool with a shallow Bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
It has an elevator, garden furniture, fenced plot, 15 m² terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private parking space in the same building, 2 TVs.
The induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.
-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)
-Check-out before 11:00h
-In this urbanization, each guest is given a complex identification bracelet or bracelet for access to the swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of €50 that will be withheld from the guests from the deposit in case the return is not made.

I would think twice about booking again had such a carry on to get keys we were delayed Due to weather and I phoned and said but office closed at 2-4-30 so had to sit about to go and collect keys which is about 2 miles there and back so half our day see more

No fast food on the bar, friessomething to eat, at least we just saw some pringles and drinks. Saw there was a sandwich grill there but no indication on the bar that it was on the venue. Would be great to have ice cream there too. Not nice for the kisee more

En la descripción de la habitación ponía bañera hidromasaje y no había ninguna bañera y también ponía que había cuatro camas y solo habían 3. Aún así la estancia a sido maravillosa.

Het resort ligt er prachtig bij en het zwembad en jacuzzi’s zijn heerlijk verwarmd zodat je ook in de winter kunt zwemmen. In tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews was het appartement inmiddels voorzien van kleerhangers en andere basics. Ook zeep, afwasmiddel, toiletpapier, olie, azijn, water en koffie waren voor de eerste dagen aanwezig inclusief een fles rosé. De service vanuit het beheerkantoor was netjes. Wel moet worden gerealiseerd dat de sleutels op ca 15 minuten lopen afgehaald en ingeleverd moeten worden.

Hay que ir a recoger las llaves muy lejos, no sabian los codigos para abrir el portal que son necesarios porque no tiene portero automatico. Al apartamento le fatan accesarios: mesillas, algo mas de menaje, colgadores en los baños para toallas, etc. see more
