Urbanization designed for the enjoyment of our guests, has an infinity pool with a shallow Bar area, surrounded by natural grass with hammocks, a solarium area and community showers. Heated outdoor pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the hammock and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), Complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Playground outdoor children's playground, children's climbing wall, paddle tennis court, tennis court, ping pong tables, soccer field and basketball court.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 33 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, gym / fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, communal+children's swimming pool, communal heated swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 2 TVs.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.
-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-In this urbanization, each guest is given a complex identification bracelet or bracelet for access to the swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of €50 that will be withheld from the guests from the deposit in case the return is not made.

Pool area has a bar with multiple pools and several hot tubs. We stayed with friends and loved everything about this apartment and would happily stay here again.

The pillows were terrible. So uncomfortable 😩 It would be better if apartment had more cooking equipment, tea towels, wash up liquid etc.. Also we stayed for 10 nights and no cleaners came to give it a quick cleangave clean towels for shower.

Keys had to be collected and dropped off at the apartments agents office (Benidorm booking.com) approximately a 5 minute drive away. Enjoyed all the facilities on offer and would definitely return.

Whilst the need for this is understandable the constant checking of wrist bands by one particular member of staff was quite irritating as he had no personal skills whatsoever and his attitude bordered on being ignorant and aggressive. We didn't let him bother us but we could hear other guests getting into arguments with him. He needs a course in customer service skills.

Of igaul verwijst naar het bouwpersoneel, maar dit is anders, het is een privé-appartement in een wooncomplex, geen aparthotel, misschien gelooft hij daarom dat ze van appartement kunnen veranderen, maar elke advertentie komt overeen met een andere eigenaar, en geen van beide Ze zijn allemaal te huur, slechts enkele.
Nogmaals heel erg bedankt. |

Hartelijk dank voor uw beoordeling en blijf bij ons. We hebben receptiepersoneel dat perfect Spaans, Engels, Frans, Arabisch, Russisch en Italiaans spreekt. Ik kan me voorstellen dat het ook kan verwijzen naar het onderhoudspersoneel dat is gaan repasee more

Ik kan me voorstellen dat het ook kan verwijzen naar het onderhoudspersoneel dat is gaan repareren of iets heeft geleverd dat ze nodig hadden. Het spijt ons te horen dat u communicatieproblemen heeft ondervonden als dit het geval is. Of igaul verwijst naar het bouwpersoneel, maar dit is anders, het is een privé-appartement in een wooncomplex, geen aparthotel, misschien gelooft hij daarom dat ze van appartement kunnen veranderen, maar elke advertentie komt overeen met een andere eigenaar, en geen van beide Ze zijn allemaal te huur, slechts enkele.
Nogmaals heel erg bedankt. |

El día 1-01-2024 teníamos la salida a las 11:00 A las 10:57 ya teníamos a la chica de la limpieza dentro del piso, no las hemos encontrado a la puerta( por dentro) En el momento que la hemos visto le hemos dicho que aún no estamos porque teniendo en see more
El día 1-01-2024 teníamos la salida a las 11:00 A las 10:57 ya teníamos a la chica de la limpieza dentro del piso, no las hemos encontrado a la puerta( por dentro) En el momento que la hemos visto le hemos dicho que aún no estamos porque teniendo en cuenta que era la última noche del año no nos acostamos muy pronto y estábamos 6 personas para acabar de prepararno. Le hemos dicho que puede pasar y empezar a limpiar en las habitaciones que ya estaba todo libre o incluso la terraza....no ha querido y incluso me dijo "Ahora aviso a la oficina que no estáis aun " muy seca y antipática... Estamos viajando muchísimo y nunca me pasó esto!

Por motivos de seguridad nuestro personal de limpieza no puede acudir habiendo clientes dentro de la propiedad. Igualmente lamentamos que esto haya supuesto un inconveniente durante su estancia. Las almohadas muy altas, imposibles de utilizar. Cierre de la piscina durante tres días por falta de higiene de algunos usuarios, en dos ocasiones aparecieron heces en la piscina.
