the overall hotel is great and i would stay again nice and clean need a key to get into the hotel which i liked great spot for nightlife but still get a good nights sleep the only things did not like was the bed very time you moved it made lots of nosee more

El frigorífico hace un ruido por la noche que no se puede dormir si no te pones tapones, debe estar roto y carga constantemente, además se calienta muchísimo que da miedo pensando que va a salir ardiendo. Se comentó y no solucionaron. También el aparsee more

Esas dos cosas es lo único que no me gustó nada, aun así repetiría de nuevo

Het overige keukengerei hebben we vervangen. Aarzel niet om contact met ons op te nemen als u een extra gereedschap nodig heeft of aan vervanging toe is, daar zijn wij voor. Sofá con una mancha blanca sospechosa. Puse una sábana por encima. Cortinas con agujeros. Tenderero roto no se podía casi colgar toallas y demás para secar. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación. Muchos mosquitos. Ascensor panorámico que se atassee more

No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación. Muchos mosquitos. Ascensor panorámico que se atasca y encima el conserje no apareció ni atendio nuestra llamada. Tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos atrapados hasta que el técnico del ascensor logró conseguir entrar en el edificio xq nadie atendía para abrirle la puerta del portal. No recomiendo subir en este ascensor.

Solo había 1 Rollo de papel higiénico en el baño , para 3noches y 4 días para 3 personas que contratamos el apartamento fue escaso, compramos en supermercado. Hay que renovar sartenes de freír se pegaba la comida. Y un secador de pelo hubiese sido unsee more

Secador de pelo disponemos en la oficina de forma gratuita con una fianza mínima, con mucho gusto se lo acercamos si nos lo pide. Le facilitamos un número de teléfono en caso de necesitar cualquier cosa, que para eso estamos. Tomamos buena nota del paraguas ya que consideramos que es muy buen idea y un buen servicio de cara a nuestros futuros clientes. Gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar. Esperamos tenerle pronto de vuelta. |
