Regarding the A/C, it has enough heat pump to heat the apartment and in case you need more heaters, our reception service is always available just a phone call away. Have a good day.

Check-in was very quick and smooth. The building Trinisol 2 was very clean, the janitor every day was there and cleaned the sorrounding area. View was absolutelly stunning. Levante beach is around 5 mins walk.

De uren zonneschijn zijn ons vreemd. Wat betreft de lift en de parkeerdeur, u had de receptie moeten bellen zodat we de gemeenschap van eigenaren op de hoogte konden stellen. Een grote groet

Geen wifi , buitendeur is van binnen niet op slot te draaien. Geeft een beetje onveilig gevoel. Probleem is defect slot dus zou te verhelpen moeten zijn.

Difícil acceso en coche. Mucho tiempo en coche para ir a cualquier sitio de los alrededores y del centro de Benidorm. Muchas cuestas empinadas para salir caminando. Dificultades para silla de ruedas de persona anciana, faltan rampas de acceso, sobre see more

Dificultades para silla de ruedas de persona anciana, faltan rampas de acceso, sobre todo desde el aparcamiento de alquilados hasta el edificio donde el acceso era por escaleras. Menos mal que desde Booking Benidorm nos facilitaron el segundo día la llave del aparcamiento de propietarios donde el acceso al edificio era directo. Tampoco había asientos para viandantes en los jardines y piscina del edificio.

El apartamento esta muy usado y necesita algun arreglo (el sofa esta ya muy sucio, las paredes tambien). En las fotos parecía mucho mas grande, en uno de los baños lo justo entra una persona

Un peu compliqué pour récupérer les clés à la réception, qui n'est pas au même endroit. L'adresse fournie ne correspondait pas au bâtiment (mauvais numéro), donc la première porte était difficile à ouvrir, nous laissant croire que nous étions au mauvsee more

Le four ne fonctionnait pas (ou nous ne pouvions pas l'allumer), la porte du lave-vaisselle n'était pas en place. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 22h.
