Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.
Cozy and very bright 70 m² accommodation, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (05/01 to 10/31), outdoor parking. and roof in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Televisions (Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.
The American induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

The property has been refurbished to a high standard, but there are no door stoppers, I was worried the door handle hit the tiles in bathroom so put a bottle of water behind the door to prevent any damage. We could not get access to the pool and we wsee more

We could not get access to the pool and we were not advised of this. Someone in building told us it was not pen yet. I didn't call to checkask because we were just across from the beach but it was advertised as having use of pool and we didn't have it.
