70 m² accommodation, tastefully furnished and very bright, it has a large open terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (05/01-10/31), outdoor parking and roof in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 televisions (Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.
The open-plan induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

There was no plug for kitchen sink. Would be useful and safer to have a shower mat as my father-in-law is 85 and we had to use a couple of the smaller towels provided as mats outside the shower to prevent him slipping.

wish the TVs had English channels and air conditioning was a bit hit and miss could only get one to work and if turned off difficult to get it back on. it was trial and error in which one was going to work. on another negative side. I had a late fligsee more

Confusion over where to pick up keys. All emails stated keys could be picked up from reception. I took this to mean accommodation reception but it didn't. Major headache as flight was delayed and we arrived at apartments after 1.00 in the morning.see more

Obras en el 12C, justo encima. Muy dificil descansar ya que las obras empezaban a las 8:00 y a mediodia seguian. El televisor no puede moverse, por lo que al estar junto al ventanal tiene reflejos todo el dia.
