Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 5 people.
Very bright 70 m² accommodation, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally (05/01-10/31), covered parking and outdoors in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 televisions (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer.
The open-plan induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and Check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, at street level, commercial name BenidormBooking.
- A deposit of €200 is retained by credit/debit card or cash, failing that.

Чудове розташування, зручний паркінг у дворі, басейн. Поруч супермаркет з дуже пристойним асортиментом продукції та адекватними цінами ( враховуючи курортну місцевість) - тож вода, напої, фрукти, напівфабрикати в достатній кількості. Стосовно номерівsee more

Краєвид з вікон та тераси просто захоплюючий. Споглядати на бухту з 17 поверху це неперевершено. Пляж просто перед апартами. Біля басейну перед входом можна скористатися душем. На кухні було все що потрібно.

В літаку немає інтернету потім роумінг - тож виникли проблеми з отриманням ключів, оскільки чергова людина в місцевому відділенні "booking.com" на питання про ключі відповідала подивитися в ненадіслані інструкції. Витратили багато часу поки не зрозуміли що "машина", про яку відповідали, це автомат, що сканує паспорти та видає ключі! Протягом 3х діб був відсутній інтернет. На звернення люди просто морозилися типу "ви увімкніть в розетку" - поки не прийшли особисто в офіс питання не вирішилося. Вони забули сплатити абонплату але не вибачилися!!! Також здивувала відсутність ФЕНА! Все Є, а такої дрібнички немає. В описі не було фена, але нам навіть на думку не спадало, що таке у сучасному світі можливо. Таке вперше бачу. У ванній кімнаті чомусь не було туалетного папіру (може накладно) - маленька прикрість для тих в кого пізній заїзд - тож беріть з собою!!!!

Ви неправильно відобразили свою скриньку вхідних, оскільки 11/08 ми надіслали вам підтвердження бронювання, інструкції для введення та наш прямий контакт. 14-го ми знову надіслали вам нагадування. І коли ви сповістили про час свого прибуття в неробочий час, ми надіслали вам альтернативні інструкції 18.08., це за два дні до вашого прибуття. Інша річ, що він проігнорував, але, звісно, його оцінка несправедлива.
Ми не розуміємо, що ви маєте на увазі, забувши сплатити абонентську плату, ви зробили абсурдний коментар з цього приводу. Автомат для самостійної реєстрації – це новий інструмент, і є люди, особливо літні люди, яким важко зрозуміти, як він працює, хоча він дуже інтуїтивно зрозумілий. Але, як сказано, ми приїхали менше ніж за 15 хвилин, щоб вирішити проблему. Фен немає, але ми маємо його в офісі за бажанням гостей, тому що, на жаль, багато хто їх бере, тому з невеликою заставою послуга надається і повертається в повному обсязі при виїзді. Просимо вибачення, якщо ми не залишили туалетний папір в унітазі, як завжди. Це наша помилка, і ми передаємо звіт до прибирання, щоб вони покращили контроль. Вітаю і ще раз дякую. |
