Completely renovated apartment on the second line of the beach, in Cala de Finestrat. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a double folding bed in a separate living room, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer and capacity for 4 people.
Very bright and modern 60 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community pool open seasonally (06/01 to 09/30), 1 private parking space in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart TV), iron.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Rosa de los Vientos Avenue number 15, local 6, commercial name SevendGroup / BenidormBooking.
-The amount of €200 is retained on card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season can be delayed to 6:00 p.m.) For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. you must contact the agency to receive instructions.
