Cozy and modern 46 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the beach.
It has an elevator, 5 m² of open terrace, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community pool open seasonally (01/06-30/09), parking space in the same building, 2 ceiling fans, 1 Smart TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
The open-plan induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida Rosa de los Vientos number 15, local 6, commercial name SevendGroup / BenidormBooking.
- Credit card details are required as a deposit or €200 failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season can be delayed to 6:00 p.m.) For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. you must contact the agency to receive instructions.
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment

The only concern was the lifts, one was out of order for about a week and the other was a bit erratic in relation to whether it would actually move when you pressed the call button.

Very uncomfortable parking space, suitable only for a small car like Fiat 500. I was lucky that no one parked in the neighbouring place and I stopped by through it.

La coordinación. Teniamos entrada a la 16:30 y la oficina no abría hasta las 17:00. Muy bien Carlos en el servicio de mantenimiento y fatal otro u otros operarios que fueron a reparar la conexión de la antena de tv, (no estabamos nosotros en el apartsee more

Muy bien Carlos en el servicio de mantenimiento y fatal otro u otros operarios que fueron a reparar la conexión de la antena de tv, (no estabamos nosotros en el apartamento), y se marcharon dejando la casa sin televisión y al dia siguiente solo con conexión a internet, menos mal que fue Carlos y solucionó el problema, preocupándose y siendo muy atento y profesional.
