Apartment in the Eurotennis complex on the beachfront and with direct access to it, in Villajoyosa. 5 minutes by car from Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 3 people.
Renovated, charming and modern 35 m² accommodation, with frontal views of the sea and the mountains.
It has a terrace with views, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart TVs, iron and hairdryer.
The induction open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Urbanization with access to the beach (semi-private) has 16 tennis courts of different modalities, a large community + children's pool with an area with hammocks and umbrellas (sometimes it can close some winter month), a beach bar within the complex (seasonal), parking, petanque court and children's area, access to coves and landscaped green areas and access to routes for hikers. Building with elevator.
-The check-in is done in the same accommodation by previously contacting the agency. All the information will be sent to you by email.
-A €200 deposit is required by retention or payment by credit card.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was amazingly clean and the view was absolutely beautiful. The private beach was amazing and it’s the best location if you want an outstanding view. It is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need fromsee more

It is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need from food shopping to clothes/groceries etc. I highly recommend staying at this property and I can’t wait to visit again.
