Estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento reformado y muy cómodo, al igual que la cama. La ubicación me parece excelente, a 2min de la playa y un paseo muy agradable del centro. Las vistas muy bonitas desde la planta 12.

Por buscarle una pena, no tenía horno, aunque no nos hizo falta, y el motor de la nevera puede ser molesto a la hora de dormir ya que se encuentra frente a la cama, pero no fue mi caso.

Lo primero de todo que las ventanas no se podían abrir, eran tan viejas y estaban tan mal que solo pudimos abrir una y parecía que se iba a romper, lo segundo fue que te duchabas en la ducha, y en vez de tragar el agua, echaba más agua por el desagüesee more

Todo masificado, el apartamento tenía parking pero eso era un tetris, muy mal organizado, recomendamos ir en moto porq para aparcar está muy difícil. La zona de piscina se puede mejorar para que sea más cómoda, los ascensores fallan, y el portal estasee more

A la hora de reservar ponía que había secador de pelo y luego no resultó ser así. Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico porque solo había un rollo y a la cocina le faltaban cosas básicas. A pesar de esto tuvimos una maravillosa estancia.

Hemos repuesto el secador y nos disculpamos por el error ya que al revisar en la salida anterior se nos a pasado por alto.

No dudes en llamarnos la próxima vez que para eso estamos, y de esa forma te lo reponemos de inmediato. No nos permiten proveer la gran mayoría de turoperadores elementos básicos como sal, aceite, vinagre, etc.. Al ser una empresa y no un particular tenemos más exigencias en según que cosas. Por ello y de cortesía es por lo que proveemos el amenitie (sobre todo para las reservas que llegan tarde o los festivos), para que en caso de que las tiendas estén cerradas dispongan de lo mínimo esencial hasta que puedan ir a comprar. Nos a encantado tenerte como huésped. Y nos ayuda tu valoración para continuar mejorando. Un saludo |
