There was only one set of keys which would have been a pain if someone wanted to go home early. D keys for d main door downstairs can me tricky but d nack is to push it downwards and then turn, took me awhile to figure tht out. Smell in d unsuite toiplus

Due to the proximity to the beach it's normal that the bathrooms in some punctual times smell a bit either way in case you wanted that solved you should've contacted reception so maintenance would have gone to solve this. Either way we're sorry this was an inconvenience during your stay. We hope to see you soon! |

Key to the front door was very tempremental. Thought we were locked out on a few occassions. Spoke to another person there who had the same trouble. Definetly a drain problem there too. The ensuite shower room smelt horrendous on times. Not one britiplus

Noise is pretty loud especially if you are sleeping on the the pull out bed in the living area. The apartment door is a bit tricky to get used too. Could not find any outside bins when we left to get rid of our rubbish. They were there one minute theplus

Los utensilios de cocina se limpian en cada salida independientemente de si se usan o no por lo que le pedimos disculpas y pasamos reporte a limpieza para que verifique con el personal que hizo el apartamento y no se vuelva a repetir. Tenemos un 8.5 sobre 10 en limpieza hasta su comentario y mejoraremos para subir la puntuación. Un saludo
