Unfortunately I never read how to collect keys pre travel due to booking the night before and as I was travelling alone, my phone battery had died, luckily some kind spanish men helped me go into a shop to ask the shop keeper to translate and charge plus

Nontheless when I did arrive at benidorm booking they were so helpful it made it all the better.

We've considered staying at the Niza many times and wasn't disappointed. Everything as described on Booking.com.

Very large screen Smart TV (Thousands of channels). Ultrafast internet. Comfortable beds. Large terrace with panoramic views. Shops and amenities 40m away. Already booked to return in April (different apartment). Only 1 niggle! Reported a broken basket chair (terrace) on our arrival and no one seemed interested in coming out to fix it. Would have been nice to relax on these rather than the plastic chairs around the table! I will review on Tripavisor for any question. |

Bit of a walk from the booking office but had already prepared for this. Be better if the key can be left in the apartment on check out rather than having to walk all the way back.

Hello Colette! Thank you for your great assessment. It is just how you say. Sorry about the pick up and drop of keys. If you leave really early, you could of left the keys on the table inside the apartment. (We have more control with the keys this waplus
