we liked the apartment but trying to get in was a nightmare from day one. we told the staff at the booking.com office. on the first night we couldn’t get the gate key to work, we thought we had the wrong place so we had to go back to the booking.com plus

nice apartment good location big lounge and good size kitchen and 2 very nice bathrooms. the 3rd bedroom was bit on the small side bit like box room ? but ok for single person other bedrooms were all good size with one bedroom en suite.

seem to have bit of problem with hot water when we arrived later that night no hot water but in morning water was hot? seem to be enough hot water for 4 people having showers but then water went cold think this could of been down to cylinder what stoplus

We are glad for your great review. In Spain, water heaters are electric and have a certain capacity, but within 20/25 minutes, they have hot water again.

Pillows, pillows, pillows. This may sound trivial but to us a good night’s sleep is so important. The pillows were so hard, uncomfortable and the wrong size for the double bed that we didn’t sleep well at all. With hindsight we would have gone shoppiplus

Key pick up instructions weren't clear, I was told euroloix when it was actually benidorm booking.com Also our lock was dodgy on front door we couldn't open and had to get let in on several occasions

Hello Teresa, thank you for your assessment. The key collection is the same for everybody, it does say Avenida del Mediterráneo, 66, local 2. Euroloix is number 64. About the keys, you could of told us at the office, we are here almos 24/7 for our guplus

Internet stopped, but BenidormBooking.com gave us a modem until it was fixed. Mattress protectors need to be abit bigger as they slip down constantly, no biggy, just my pet peeve. No negatives really, I would book again!
