Appartement design exclusif sur le front de mer de Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis le même bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres et de deux salles de bains avec douche (1 en suite) et peut accueillir 6 personnes.
Beau logement rénové de 70 m², il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec vue panoramique sur la mer, la baie et la ville.
Il dispose d'un ascenseur, d'un accès internet haut débit fibre (wifi), de la climatisation dans tout le logement, d'un chauffage par pompe à chaleur, d'une piscine communautaire+enfants ouverte en saison (01/05 au 31/10), d'un parking extérieur dans le même immeuble sous réserve de disponibilité à l'arrivée, 3 Smart TV, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux.
La cuisine américaine avec îlot à induction est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'un four, d'un congélateur, d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle, de vaisselle/couverts, d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière Dolce Gusto, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un presse-agrumes.

Me habría gustado disponer de luces indirectas en el salón, solo hay luces (y muchas) en el techo que acaban por molestar. La TV no funcionaba del todo bien, no sé si por el mando u otra causa. De todo lo demás, perfecto.

I liked that the apartment was accurately described and was as the photographs. It was modern and well equipped and attractively furnished. The view was spectacular. I also liked that the door locked securely. The apartment was warm, even in winter. plus

The two shower rooms gave us each our privacy. There were two of us, each with our own bedroom and shower room. Perfect for two friends sharing a holiday.
