Location was amazing with 3 beaches a stones throw away. The house was lovely and just the right size. Every room had ac and there was a second toilet. The shower was really powerful but switch it on slowly as it can be chaotic of you don't. Noise from the clubs never really bothered us as they closed before we were getting home.. I would definitely book again

There were only small things not that we didn't like but which could of improved our stay such as having one key which at times this was quite inconvenient no mirrors in the bedrooms but there was one on the landing. No welcome pack which we have had in other places meaning that when we arrived quite late we had no soapdish cloth till we could go out shopping the next day. No access to the balcony I know they are only small but it would of been nice to be able to get output our clothesto dry on them. The only other thing we had which no one could of forseen was the ac unit in the main room sprung a leak. This happened on the Friday they sent someone out to fix it Monday. There was water running down the doors and onto the floor which we had to keep cleaning up until the water ran out.

To noisey in street next to bars and next door to night club open till 4am Not good communication pick up and return of keys could not get in property until after 4pm on 1st day and on leaving ask 3 conservative days were to leave keys on leaving day we had to be out at 11am so left keys in property then got a reply at 4 15 when we was at airport to take keys back to office we picked them up from

Wonderful Old Town house in excellent location.

Excellent location right in the middle of the Old Town, a short stroll to beaches and the Municipal market. Spacious, clean,and well equipped house, lovely kitchen and bathroom, useful 2nd toilet, good WiFi, plenty of storage, comfortable beds.

The property is close to several clubs/bars, there is some noise at night especially when the clubs empty at 3am. Being a town house in a narrow street the rooms downstairs are a bit dark during the day, there is no outside space so if you're looking for a view this place is not for you. We arrived at 10pm and had to collect the keys from the agents office a five minute walk away, as it was after hours we had to pick them up from a key safe box. The agent did not send the safe and collection details until the day before arrival and that was only after much chasing, this added unnecessary stress. Also a 200Eur breakage deposit has to be paid in advance.

The passwords for the key collection safe boxes are changed daily to avoid possible inconveniences. Regarding the security deposit, it's stated in the general conditions. Travelled by train from Alicante, 5 min walk to pick up the key and 2 mins to the house. We wanted two bedrooms and this traditional house fitted the bill. Right in the middle of the old town with lovely bars no markets on your doorstep. Beach yards away. Clean, beds comfy, good kitchen and reasonable seating area. Good Wi-Fi, there is a tv but not English channels. Everything is so close by, if on budget, fresh food is in abundance. Just need to be aware you are in the middle of the old town and nightlife, so can be noisy from passing revellers and early morning traders, but didn’t bother us. The area has lots of LBGTQ and gay bars, with a club next to the town house, but we heard no noise and enjoyed the whole vibe of the area.

If you like to sit on a balcony with a glass and watch the evening sunset go down, this isn’t the property.

Hello Graham! Thank you for your great comments. There is no english tv in any of our apartments. Some people conect their own fire stick, but you should always check before you book, it depends of the tv in the apartment also. Hope to see you soon.
